Lawyer Katrin Bönisch*
Ms. Bönisch advises financial services providers as well as small and medium-sized enterprises in the field of capital markets law. She focuses on the development of alternative financing concepts, in particular in the area of mezzanine financing. In addition, Ms. Bönisch advises companies on all regulatory matters, in particular also on issues of banking and securities trading law. A further area of activity is general contractual and corporate law issues relating to all conceivable forms of companies.
Vita
Katrin Bönisch studied law at the Universities of Freiburg and Marburg. She completed her legal traineeship in Wiesbaden and San Diego, USA. After completing her legal clerkship, Katrin Bönisch initially worked for an international accounting firm in the area of tax and corporate law. She joined mzs Rechtsanwälte as an associate in 2008. Due to her proven theoretical and practical knowledge, Ms Bönisch was awarded the title of “Certified Specialist Lawyer for Banking and Capital Markets Law”.
