The scope of our advice is always geared to the individual wishes of our clients and extends far beyond individual transactions. We accompany companies from the first free consultation through the drafting of individual participation agreements, the design of balance sheet strategies and the creation of value through balance sheet optimisation all the way to the decision to go to the capital market and the implementation of the capital market transaction.
If required in the context of the respective financing, we also prepare the sales prospectuses and counsel on all corporate and regulatory issues related to the financing (more on this under BaFin matters).
On the left you will find a selection of financing instruments, including some from the field of mezzanine financing. In our experience, these forms of financing are particularly suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises to raise capital. But every financing project is different and cannot be easily assigned to one of these models.
