Mr. Schedeit counsels policyholders and investors on all matters relating to insurance and investments, in particular with regard to life insurance and liability insurance.
Vita
Paul Martin Schedeit studied law at the University of Passau after graduating from high school in Lübeck. His main focus was on corporate, capital markets and tax law. After completing his first state examination at the Westphalian-Wilhelms University of Münster, Mr. Schedeit completed his legal traineeship in Münster and Cologne, which he successfully concluded with the second state examination. During his legal training, he already gained practical experience, inter alia, in an internationally active commercial law firm and a renowned law firm boutique. Mr. Schedeit joined mzs Rechtsanwälte as a lawyer in January 2021. Due to his special knowledge and expertise, he was awarded the title of “Certified Specialist Lawyer for Insurance Law” in August 2024.
